Many students at the middle level have earned recognition for their remarkable projects as part of the National History Day program this year. I had a wonderful opportunity to spend time with three students who were working on their project The Great Communicator: How Ronald Reagan Dismantled The Soviet Union and Communism's Hold on the World. They shared their experience in interviewing Ed Meese, Reagan's attorney general, and his insights on President Reagan's leadership style and accomplishments. An amazing project, along with all of the other NHD projects.1st Place, Junior Group Exhibit: Sarah Weisz & Harper Bubblo (6th Grade)
