French Partnership & Exchange Greely High School students and their families played host to twenty French students from Barr, France. Our community welcomed the Barrois students into their homes, classes and lives. In addition to attending classes with our Greely students, the students from Barr visited local museums, such as the Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum, the Maine Maritime Museum, and the Maine State Museum. One of the highlights of this exchange was the immersion weekend in Québec City when 39 students, host students, and guests took part in an amazing weekend exploring the culture, history, music and cuisine of Québec. New Street Signs As part of our district-wide staff safety evacuation drill held this past October, one of the items for further review was the need to label campus streets for 911 purposes, as proposed by both the Cumberland police and fire chiefs.
